Too expensive for not being climate controlled. Dust will blow under the door and coat your stuff. Staff was perfectly fine though. No issues there. No pro-rated option for early move out.

They are a heartless bunch of people that don’t care if you are sick and just getting out of the hospital, even when you have a family member trying to help pay something on the rent of the storage. I had a family member try to pay $200 on the bill even though it was $300 something and could pay the remaining the next week but no (Gary)he couldn’t do that, he needed all the money. I felt that was wrong and the day I had released the lady from the office who said she was there to help him out she couldn’t do anything cause he had the final say so but one thing I could do was pay $400 and come move the items out on the same day I get released from the hospital weak and all. That’s why I say HEARTLESS

Overall, very good. Was not happy about raising storage rates. It was not communicated. I did not receive any emails or texts notifying me of the rise in rental rates. I wasn’t aware until it showed up on my billing receipt. They could do better in that area.

I've been with this storage unit for about 4 years. I've not had any issues with theft. The units are clean. The rent prices have gone up 4 times. When I first came to this business and started doing business with this company, I was told my storage unit would never go up it was a fixed price. I was intentionally misled. I didn't read the fine tiny print until 3 months ago. I was wondering how they could change the price with a fixed price contract. So if i signed this legally binding contract, how were they doing this. The tiny print says they can raise your rent on the storage units as often as this company see's fit. So her words didn't match anything in the fine print. So read the tiny print. The woman who waited on me assured me that with insurance, my unit that is small, but climate control would stay at 77 dollars. A year later, the unit went up to 90 dollars. 2 months later, it went up to 97. The price stayed pretty stable until 6 months later, when I was informed by email that the unit would go up to 100. 4 months after that, I received another email that said the unit went up to 110. If this continues due to the fact that the unit is so small, I will write the 30-day notice that this company requires, and I will no longer use this storage company. I can't afford the price raises like this.
