I talked to the manager/owner. James Johnson was curious, polite, and very informative. He exceeded my expectations of a storage unit just wanting to state the available space and get it under contract. James talked about options, availability, made sure to tell me about the security of the area, and also let me know that he would clean the unit prior to me storing. I did not ask about those features. He stated them to me. He let me know that he will put rat traps as well. Amazing!!!!

I'm 100% satisfied with your service with one exception, I have had a light in my two units all the way up to when y'all took over. Have repeatedly requested my lights to be turned back on to no avail. Lights help me be able to find particular products necessary to my remodeling company.

Only needed a storage for a short period of time, and they made sure we could be accommodated. Very happy with the service and cleanliness of storage. Setting up the account to get the storage unit was very easy and all done online. The manager Kay met me in person at the unit when I needed to close my account. I had had good experience thus far with my storage. My main issue is several times I have drove by and the gate standing wide open, each time I have called and had to leave a message, only 1 return call and there was a reason for the gate to be open. But the other times I never heard back from anyone. I want to feel my stuff is secure there, that is why I pay for a gated storage.
