Great experience! I waited too late to get a 10x10 climate controlled unit so had to bago without climate control. But it was super easy to set up and pay, and very easy to cancel when I no longer needed a unit.

I rented a 10x10 climate-controlled unit and was very pleased with my experience. The unit was in excellent condition, clean and easily accessible. The YEC-Oxford West staff was super helpful, responsive, and friendly, and made the rental process very easy. I felt like my stored items were safe at all times, and I felt safe going in and out of the property alone. The extended access hours made it easy for me to load and unload outside of my working hours which was very helpful. I might have to rent a unit again next year and plan to rent with YEC if anything is available. Thank you!

I have been a long time customer of Your Extra Closet. They keep tabs on everything going on inside their facility, which always made me feel comfortable. If something doesn’t look right they do not hesitate reaching out immediately. Staff has always been extremely helpful and nice. I loved being able to rent a space online early in the morning when we realized during our move we had to have a storage space. Well, we paid for a controlled unit from another storage rental place only to find out they had excuses everyday , after we paid and put stuff in the unit, that the outside door code pad still, had not been fixed so they have to leave the doors open! I drove to Extra Closet, they were booked, but I got a call 3 days later saying one unit had opened up. I was so very happy! Very nice and professional decent people! Thank you for helping us!
