It was so easy to rent a unit, I was able to complete everything over the phone and sifn all paperwork electronically, as I live in a different state. When I no longer needed the unit, closing the unit and the contract was just as easy.

Whenever I needed help and I called the customer service persons were so sweet. However, I think having a rep on site should be taken into consideration again, that is if they used to do that but put a stop to it. I say this because I drove to two different locations to make enquiries and as the new person that I am, I had a hard time. I kept going back and forth especially at the first location because I thought there was an office where I could find people there so I could talk to them. Having the contact details and info on the door for potential customers is just not enough. In addition to that, please treat it as important because since your gates are secured, it means a potential client would not even be able to access the premises if there’s no one to assist. The first location I drove to for instance, the exit gate was actually opened that was how come I was able to get in but in future maybe someone wouldn’t be able to have it like that.

Super easy to store with them!! I did it all contactless. One star off because I think a squirrel got into the unit and some water damage one little piece of art. Everthing else was fine!

I needed to get into a unit ASAP and they were able to find me one with no issue. Did everything over the phone and was a great experience. When I got there after hours I was having trouble pulling the entry code in and I called and they answered and helped immediately.

Extra closet Is great at securing items. Extra closet fees fluctuate every month the fee goes UP every 6 months.. So be mindful when leasing a unit..

I was helped by Ryan, a manager, who was incredibly helpful and friendly. They provide total over the phone service, so no need to travel to their office, which was very convenient for me. This place is a little pricey, but the storage facility was very clean and neatly organized, and it was the only place in town that had climate controlled units available.

Moved up to Starkville and needed a place to store things mid-year. Was sure there would be nothing available with it being a college town. Got a unit the exact side I needed and climate controlled. Recently found the unit across from me was open so I was able to work with them to get that one as well. They are very helpful and the facility is extremely clean.

I had a worst experience with 102 Lynn Ln, Starkville, MS office manager. They advertise free truck during move-in, but they might have the availability or they might not. The office manager promised me to use this offer during move-out. Two days before the move-out, the manager asks me to pay $50 if I want to use the truck on the move-out day. He was rude and not helpful. He also denied to share his supervisors contact details to discuss the situation.Moreover, this place has the roaches problem. We just used it for a month, and the roaches got into all our boxes. Over all, this is not what I expected from a 4.5 review storage facility. Poor service and poor responsibility.

We stored our items here while we were building and purchased both a climate controlled and a regular unit. Much to our surprise after 8 months of paying a substantial rental payment every month, we retrieved our items to find that 3 of my new mattresses had water damage from a water leak in the "climate controlled" unit... would they cover the damages... NOPE! They told me to file it on my home owner's policy that covered the storage unit... HELLO.. why should I pay for a claim when it was neglect on your part for not keeping up your units! Don't waste your time here, go to someplace that will stand behind their place of business and not just in it for a fast buck!
