I've rented storage for 3 yrs now for my kids attending State. We live in Texas and having storage for the summer makes it very convenient whrn they have to move out of the dorm. There have only been a couple of minor issues. It is sometimes hard to get an answer to a phone call. Also, this year the price is almost double from last year. A minimal increase I could understand, but double is a bit much.

Extremely easy to access, very secure setting. I had an indoor unit, and the door was easy to prop as well as turn lights on. The unit was clean upon arrival, and no bugs were in the unit upon departure!

Haley works with you and Phenomenal. They change personnel and she’s no longer Employed. Extra Closet accidentally cut my Lock on storage and replace It,but can’t get into Storage because my code don’t allow or open gate to get belongings. Also payment changes with different Extra Closet Employees.

Have canceled our unit for 5 months but still getting charged. Do not do auto pay. When you call no one answers, it goes to a answering service every time. No one calls you back. We are out of state but had our adult daughter who goes to Mississippi State who was using the storage last summer go there but they will only allow me to cancel.

Employees are friendly and try to be helpful. Renting a unit took about 20 minutes. You can get moving supplies and uhaul items on site. The roads are gravel in a few spots but mostly concrete. I appreciated that when I moved out at the beginning of the month they didn't make me pay the entire month rent but just took the security deposit. In a town like Starkville that needs more rental places you know they will have it rented again right away so treating customers nice is a bonus. Lights are timer controlled inside buildings.

Clayton Village Mini Storage is the BEST place in Starkville for storing your items. The people who work there are so friendly and helpful and they have been wonderful. I recommend them to anybody who needs a place to store your furniture or whatever you need to keep in a safe place!

Very disappointed in my experience with this unit. Evidence of water damage and rodents within the "climate controlled" internal units. Staff unable to answer questions. Would never recommend this storage facility to anyone in the Starkville area.
